The account addition was a very difficult and complicated one, one that took several days to create due to problems on my end. Jessica was delightful to work with. She was patient, meticulous with details, was extremely knowledgeable, and most importantly, she was kind and sincere in her desire to help me, my dad and my husband. Get things set up properly. She was thorough in everything she did, and her follow-through was terrific. I was also impressed with the other staff who were quick to open the door so we could get my dad and his walker into the building (Ryan helped us with him multiple times, and I appreciated it). They were very busy, but made sure that we were comfortable while we waited for our appointment with Jessica, and she saw us on time. But the special thanks go to Jessica Davis who went above and beyond in her willingness and enthusiasm to help us. In 65 years of life on this earth, I have never had such a positive banking experience. Thank you!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Stay away from this branch. I hope they get rid of workers like Jim Palmer because of his work ethic I would never do business with Wells Fargo. Requesting to close all my accounts.

Even though we came in late, she still helped me open my account with no problems, and walked through everything with me. She is a joyful and beautiful soul, her energy is contagious! She shared relatable experiences and kept the process down to earth, which was very helpful for me, especially since I suffer from an anxiety disorder. I've come in a few more times with no issues and short wait, every staff member I've met was nice, patient and gives amazing smiles. I ordered foreign currency on July 18 with the help from Elena, they had it in no time and I picked it up today July 23. All the money is in perfect condition and they were easily able to find it in the back, Denise was also working today and she was super happy to see me and gave me a hug. Truly made my day, and everyone else working was lively and quick to attend to other customers. They also spoke to me about my upcoming trip. This is my first time writing a review to any place, but I just want to say how appreciative I am, especially for Denise. While it may just be a job to employees, It has gone a truly long way for me. Thank you, truly. Unfortunately, I have no pictures with Denise, but I have her business card lol!
