  Sarah N Guinales if I'm not mistaken a Walet was found at the Walmart restroom where you probably went and left at the front where the returns are made

  My wife and I are very pleased with this bank. Their services are the best. They, locally and corporate, have saved us 3 times or more from fraudulent activities from scammers, etc. They even called me on one occasion and told me a transaction didn't look good and it wasn't. They immediately wiped out the transaction. We will never leave this bank. 5 Stars *****

  The first time I went to open my business account, Nicole worked with me. The bank manager, Shannon, informed her that I needed a correction on a document. I got the correction and 2 days later went back and Laura took it from there. I did have to go through the process again. When Laura asked Shannon some questions, he remembered me from a couple of days ago while he was making sure the document was corrected. I told him I was not upset but appreciated the security. While I was at the Dover branch both times I felt welcomed and professionally cared for. The teamwork of Nicole, Laura, and Shannon was professional and knowledgeable. And I didn't wait very long either time to be seen. So far I would rate the customer service and care top notch. Also as a side note, I was told by Nicole and Laura that Dover is their busiest branch in DE, and if I need any services that would be out of the ordinary, then it is best to come to the branch because of the volume of walk in customers, they dont get a chance to answer their phones. I look forward to doing banking here.

  Corporate executives need a new educated and experienced banking manager . Also, have experienced bankers only or retrain those on the floor to know what services they offer . The manager doesn’t know basic things such a bank to bank IRA transfer. From management down , Corporate needs to clean house with this branch.

  Deposited a check for 68k. The bank that issued the check cleared the check. The check cleared. Money was in the account. Go do a wire transfer the manager accused me I was a scammer. That I wrote that check myself. I showed my driver's license. Then he said that the other bank didn't cleared the check and td bank was not going to wire the money. I told them fine return the check to the other bank so they can issue me another check and close my account. Manager said fraud department was going to investigate. I told them they are very welcome to investigate since I did have anything to hide. I was called a thief, scammer and a whole bunch of names. I give this bank 0 on everything
