Made an appointment weeks in advance, took off from work & wait in the vestibule for 10 minutes until someone opened the door to see what I wanted. Waited another 5 minutes for the associate to show up at the door & she already had an attitude. She claimed I was late & had to respect her time, refused to acknowledge that I had been waiting, said she had another appointment coming up & couldn't help me, that I needed to make another appointment. Now that I look at the other reviews for this location, I can understand why I was treated in this way. Wake up Wells Fargo & clean house!

However when I called to speak to someone, a gentleman took my name and number and told me I would get a call back in a few minutes. That call still hasn't come (some 27 hours later). Forgetting about your customers is not a good second impression.
