They had straight forward documents however the person who was opening account was totally newbee and there were other two members sitting ideal and not helping to expedite the process. Representative who was helping us had big nails and hitting keys on keyboard one by one. Cant believe how the bank is burning man power and providing so slow customer service. Also, i have been customer of TD bank from last 15 years and they were not able to generate the referral code for me even though the bank website says they can . Such a lousy customer service, i believe bank will drain soon and on path of risk if they don’t hire people on basis of skills.
