  All I wanted to do was exchange (5) $20s for (1)$100 bill- instead I got the cold treatment. After explaining to the female teller I didn't want to provide my id and account information for a simple cash exchange, I offered to do a separate transaction entirely. Immediately- a large man approached in a threatening manner with the intent to intimidate and said " that's not our policy, you need to leave!" Assuming he was a bank employee,since he did not say who he was or how he could help, I started video recording with my phone and asked if he could provide me with the corresponding information,so I could complete my business at the bank and get back to work. He refused to give me any written policy information and got in my personal space,blocking the exit as if to engage in combat. Since he was two feet taller and had well over 100lbs. on me,I called 911 immediately. Fortunately he moved and I was instructed by police dispatch to get to a safe place if possible.Once across the street, I signaled my emergency lights to alert the police when they arrived. Soon after they showed up,while filing my report-I was still shaking with fear. Not sure if THAT'S Wells Fargo policy: to scare members away, since they never gave me the information. I'll tell you my policy; threaten me,bark at me and treat me inhumane>CLOSURE OF ALL ACCOUNTS<
