  Visited a few moments ago. Banker was dismissive and distracted/focused on a coworker. Maybe it was a case of the "Fridays". My employer told me to visit the bank on next steps for a paycheck issue, the teller informed me that my employer would have to re-issue the (Wells-Fargo) paycheck, which I was fine with and expected. But then, she also insisted that there was no way for Wells-Fargo to verify the check or if it had already been cashed/real, wholly unnecessary (and inaccurate) information. I realized the "teller" was unaware of the verification process for checks, a process put in place to protect both banks and customers. This is the first time I visited a bank and was informed that not only could they NOT verify if a check was legitimate, but that they also had no way to verify their OWN, Wells-Fargo checks, as well. Obviously, banks reject checks under suspicious circumstances, but to insinuate that mechanisms did not exist at all to check? Every WF branch and employee does not function at this level intellectually, but regrettably, a number of them do which is why I closed my account several weeks ago. I was able to get my employer to reissue my check, but it’s still distressing that this young lady is not fully educated on process vital to her supposed expertise.

  Ledia is an awesome presence at this location. She was taking care the whole front end of the bank alone and doing it with was unflappable grace and care. Answering phones and dealing with my extra long, complicated transaction would be a lot for anyone, but not Ledia, because she is awesome.

  Worst service I ever had, I was the only customer and had to wait because she was training a teller. Another customer came in, then I had to wait for her to take care of the customer that the teller was already taking care of. Then a 3rd lady came out and was talking to the customer. I stood there like a fool expecting service. I got so irritated that I left. I have been a customer over 20 years. This is the worst service I have ever received. No wo der why the place looked like a ghost town. Bad service prevent people from coming back. I will never go to the Wisconsin NW location again.
