I came in to have a document notarized, and the teller acknowledged that she was a notary but said she didn’t have time to assist me and asked that I make an appointment to return later. What was concerning is that she was not with another customer but instead conversing casually with other staff. This experience did not reflect the level of professionalism and customer care I would expect.

Need new staff. I expect to deal with this out in PG county but not down here in the federal center.

There are two tellers and four other staff members sitting or greeting customers in the lobby. Cross training or better staffing for this location is a necessity. It took more than 15 mins to serve two guests. And there are at 7 more waiting to be helped.
