- VWVictoria WoodburyAug 4, 20231.0Today I visited the 5701 Connecticut Avenue NW branch for the second time, the first time to deposit a check and the second time to get a cashier's check. Both times the teller I spoke with did not know how to do it, and no one at the branch was senior enough to authorize it. Both times they said they had to call another branch (where apparently no one was authorized the either) so they told me to wait another 45 minutes or use the atm. The second time I didn't stick around long enough for them to continue wasting my time. Save yourself the trouble.
