- TMTravis MooreOct 20, 20251.0Save yourself time, money, and frustration-- choose an online bank, Bank of America, or Industrial Bank on U Street instead. Had to show up in person just to add me to my wife’s account. After 50 minutes, we were told it’s impossible unless the other secondary holder also appears in person. In 2025, that’s absurd. We’ve switched banks. Credit to the rep as she was great. The policy isn’t. Edit: @Dillon, absolutely not spending another millisecond on this - especially to email a vague and anonymous account with no clear path to solving the problem. The bank is operating in the 1980s. And please if you really care about solving the problem respond authentically, not with some form response dribble. Reducing this review to a single star now. 🤩

Cashing bonds can be a long process, but she greeted me right away with a smile and handed the task at hand with ease and efficiency. Also, she treated myself and her colleagues with kindness and respect. She made me feel welcome from start to finish, and I’ll definitely return because of her great service. Thank you so much!
