I deposited a checked at an atm but it would not let me withdraw cash because my account was overdrawn to begin with but I deposited tenfold what was overdrawn and then some. I came to this branch for assistance and it was a complete WASTE OF TIME. The clerk was a deer in headlights about what they could do to "help me" because I had an early trip the next day and needed to run errands. The manager was just as idiotic. Little did they know my father in law is a vp for wells and he gave me a better route of action. It is a check from my job so why is it so hard for them to free up half my check? They clearly just did not want to do more than lift a finger. If you need real help go else where.
