I especially appreciate and enjoy doing business with Mr. Williams because he is customer oriented. Whenever have an issue, he goes out of his way to assist me in resolving it.

- TOTheLife OfIndyOct 1, 20211.0The customer service in this bank is ridiculous. There are only 2 tellers in the bank every time i come in here so the line becomes very long. The tellers have no enthusiasm as if they even like their job. The bank manager he is not attentive to his employees or customers using this location. He walks around with his head in his phone. The service manager always has a attitude . You stand in line for 20 min plus & the tellers don’t even give the courtesy to apologize for the wait in line! Management needs a change. ASAP
- KSKris SMay 29, 20213.0I made a appoint for 11 a.m for a simple name change and I was told to have a seat at 10:58 a.m. I was not actually acknowledged until 11:15 a.m. and I was not actually helped until 11:25 a.m. Ms. Hicks who was visiting from another branch helped me and I was out by 11:31 a.m. She is the only reason I raised my review to where it is. This branch needs to do better with their appointments. This is a holiday weekend and I value my time. There is no way a customer should have to wait that long for a quick change.
