- HLHyung young LeeJul 9, 20251.0The slacking staff here ran out to tell me she was on full capacity today and couldn't help me when I had 10:30am appointment. she said she is fully booked for the day but when I checked the website there were availability. the bank was empty with no waiting person at all. I am going to report this branch to the corporate office. they are slacking and shows no willingness to help customer.
