- DWDustyn WillisApr 9, 20251.0Terrible branch, terrible bank. ATM is in an unsafe location, with people walking into me as they leave the train stain. One single employee working inside. Today they refused to accept my state ID and denied me access to my account. I was told I have to have a driver’s license. I have only had bad customer service since bbt became truist.

When we were finally able to get some attention a bank employee lied to us, saying that the account could only be closed at the branch in which it was opened. This was confirmed to be untrue at that branch. This is not a training issue. The place should be COMPLETEY re-staffed.
