Terrible branch, terrible bank. ATM is in an unsafe location, with people walking into me as they leave the train stain. One single employee working inside. Today they refused to accept my state ID and denied me access to my account. I was told I have to have a driver’s license. I have only had bad customer service since bbt became truist.

Worst customer service I have EVER experienced. I went with my client, who wanted, to close his account. The staff were dismissive and unhelpful. When we were finally able to get some attention a bank employee lied to us, saying that the account could only be closed at the branch in which it was opened. This was confirmed to be untrue at that branch. This is not a training issue. The place should be COMPLETEY re-staffed.

You're better off stashing your money in a shoe box before banking with these racist pieces of shxt. A bank ran by racist Latinos that think every young black man in good spirits is cashing a fake check. Smh.
