Lucas, Christine and Tatiana are all pleasure to deal with. However I will not step my foot in this branch as long as the nasty manager with a last name Ali is there. I would consider closing my account which I had for about 6-7years with them, but it would significantly complicate my job. Not only she has nastiest attitude with clients, I have noticed her talking down to tellers and customers rushing out upset on a multiple occasions. I guess my turn has come. You would think that a MANAGER has to have some people skills and be customer satisfaction driven. I hope that one day she gives her attitude to a wrong client who will take there business somewhere else(since they obviously dont care about smaller accounts) and that nasty woman will get fired.
