This is our favourite branch. We do all our banking here, The manager Simone Brown is awesome. TRUIST is a great bank to do business with. Yes, the ATM's are closed out of office hours, but that is due to people sleeping there as well as other things when open. You can go to any other ATM at any other bank and TRUIST will refund your the transaction fee. They do for me.

I spent over an hour in line at the 11th and G street location. Although there was a teller in training there still should have been additional teller/rep available to get customers in and out. I had my eyes checked and picked out glasses faster than it took me to make a withdrawal from my account.

02/12- (ATM BLUES) MY HUSBAND goes to the ATM to deposit money into HIS SUNTRUST account, only for the machine to take his deposit and never add the money to the account. Get this, the machine does not dispense a receipt for your transaction!! HE GOES INSIDE THE BRANCH ONLY TO BE TOLD TO CALL A 1800- NUMBER AND THAT HE HAS TO WAIT UP TO 10 BUSINESS DAYS FOR THEM TO CORRECT THIS ISSUE....COME TO FIND OUT THE SAME ATM WAS BROKEN DAYS BEFORE TODAY AND CAUSED ISSUES FOR OTHER CUSTOMERS! WHY NOT TEST OUT THE ATM BEFORE PUTTING IT BACK IN SERVICE FOR THE PUBLIC USE??! ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS
