I run the business in the navyyard and I went to the the navyyard location td bank and I asked $100 change quarter they said no. This bank is bad and their employees are worst. I am glad I don't open account with them. Stay away from this if possible. This is not a flexible bank.. I am gonna let my co-workers and friend close the account in this bank.

Eventually I went to the branch in person and found out that they didn't have a notary. I'm fine with that. What frustrates me was that it was impossible to speak with anyone by phone to find out if they had the service I was seeking and so I wasted an hour going there in person.

All thanks to my Teller who was Assisting me his name was Emmanuel I had to notice his name tag because He was so professional! I needed assistance for two different things 1. a new bank card and 2. to gain access to my account again after changing my number Upon arrival that day I had so many frustrations due to not being able to Acess this account. Thanks to Emmanuel I was in an out and back to Buisness with in no time.(5 mins at the most) My experience was Pleasant, professional, and I could tell he was very experienced in his field. I’m grateful for such a seamless experience at my neighbor hood bank thank you Emmanuel for this experience
