- NENabil EstefanJun 19, 20241.0A warning to TD clients. This bank can make decisions on your behalf which are contrary to your clearly stated requests. I had a certificate of deposit that matured and requested in writing it not to be renewed. TD proceeded to renew it for 9 months at the ridiculously low rate of 2% when the prevailing market interest rate was above 5%. When I complained and asked to speak to a manager I got a call from a Mr. Rainer Brandon, VP Retail Market Manager, who was impolite, dismissive and rude, totally forgetting that he was in the customer service business and it is his job to execute your requests and not make decisions on your behalf. In essence TD decided for me and against my will. Shame on TD to have such policies and people at a senior level.

- KBKing BadNov 17, 20211.0Tried to get my document notarized and the lady at the front desk did not want to help…I already signed the document prior to coming and she was completely dismissing me I said it’s urgent is there anything I can do I offered to use white out and asked if I could just sign above it which by law is an acceptable method that I have done numerous of times before at different banks she was very dismissive and didn’t even think twice about helping me horrible experience Update: The TD bank up the street 1489 P st was very welcoming, understanding, and helpful in finding a resolution got my notary!
