    After waiting in line for a card. I was told that they didn’t have any. I didn’t order one online because I was told I could get one at any branch. I wanted to avoid the wait . It’s such an inconvenience, now I gotta find another TD bank.

    I opened my account online and with this bank because it is right next to my job. I created the account, everything was fine and I waited for my debit card. Before I switched my direct deposit I wanted to go in to make sure my account was fine. I had a work ID and the lady told me she couldn’t use it to verify me. Cool, but then I asked her about opening my account online and if it would be flagged for any reason. She told me no everything should be ok. Mind you these two ladies were short with me when I walked in. I proceeded to switch my DD and I waited. Lo and behold my account was flag and I did need to go into the bank. Fraud online said anytime an account is created online extra steps needed to be taken. Why didn’t the teller tell me that? She wanted me out her face because I didn’t have an ID that she failed to tell me come back when I have my ID. It’s a holiday weekend and the people on the phone told me by COB that I should see my deposit. Nope. Called at 8am and TF declined it twice and now I have to wait to get a paper check. No money to my name for 4 days. I am livid and will be closing my account asap. Edit: Well I stuck around and I shouldn't have... fraud activity turned up on my account so I canceled my main debit card... I was told online and over the phone that I can go into the branch and get a temporary card. This is one of the reasons why I wanted to bank with them because of this feature. I will in the bank and they are like " we don't do those no more" So the rep on the phone and your website just lying??..the teller proceeds to do something in my account which takes all of 5 min just clicking around for nothing and he hands me my ID back of course and cannot do anything... so I have money in my account I cannot do anything with until these cards come... I hate this bank and this funeral home looking location

    Absolutely, unquestionably, the SLOWEST ‘service’ at a bank I have ever seen. Nobody seemed in much of a rush to get anything done.
