When you go inside, even if you're the only person in line it takes them 15 min just to call you to the counter. The whole team is extremely slow 🐌 as if nobody wants to do the work. Won't be long before they shut this one down too.

- KKKecia KirbyJun 29, 20201.0I' ve been banking with this bank for a year and I'm veey dissatisfied to say the least the staff don't know how to greet a customer,they act as if there doing you a favor by waiting on you, not to mention the mistakes that's been made I was giiven someone's drivers permit and bank card and when I rerurned it know apology was given Also I can never get any help when calling the cutomer service line if someone can please contact me so that I can give my complaints dierectly with the individuals name she was very aggresive in her tone and refuse to give me her last name.
