I appreciate his use of email, text, and phone to communicate, very accommodating and always responds within an hour. Also a very good communicator. Mario explains things well and kept us up-to-date throughout. Most of all he is extremely knowledgeable and found creative ways to save us money. Best lending experience we’ve ever had.
