- SBSamuel BJul 21, 20252.0Not this branch in particular but, the Ohio branch set my 80 year old mom up with a savings account without explaining to her the benefits of a checking account. Because of that, they make major deductions for her withdrawals. Now, her account can't be changed without a major hassle.

- MMMaxMar 18, 20241.0I walked for 20 minutes to the branch to change my Debit card pin and associate mentioned he cannot change my pin and I need to call customer line. He offered to call customer line and there were couple of associates there with no clients and they did not give me an estimate how long it takes for them to call customer line. So disappointed by this bank. In addition, Mobile app is so basic and online banking is useless as well. So, there is no way to get helped.
