I tried to work through those issues directly with the Business Banker but he had no patience and seemingly no desire to see the issues resolved. He was pretty unprofessional and extremely unhelpful. I was able to find another location and quickly resolve the issue there. All of that to say, if you're hoping to work on Business Banking specifically, this is likely not the location for you to do that

The only case I am trying to call your bank is when there is an emergency - I do not need your phone service to be a copy of your on-line options. If fraud happens, I need to speak to an alive person that can respond to non-standard questions. Your client service by phone is scandalous - completely disrespectful towards the clients who cannot leave their workplace to go to the bank to arrange urgent matters in their working hours!
