Fredy served me today on an issue that 2 other branches just shrugged their shoulders to & he checked/double-checked & provided exemplary service. Been going to this branch since 2002 & really dont bother going anywhere else, this is the Citibank branch for service in DC.

She got my name wrong. Then she told me she cannot correct it and I have to fix it myself through their helpline. I've lost hours of my time on their frustrating helpline. I would have been better off just applying online for a credit card.
