- SCSe CAug 13, 20255.0No experience inside here or with Citi but the pylon sign with the temperature needs calibration. Can’t help but to see it whenever I drive by. It always reads lower than it actually is. On a 90 degree day, it will read 80 or in the 70s.

Firstly, we called in prior the schedule an appointment which was missed by the business banking associate and a poor attitude towards us. The associate didn’t understand the products offered by the bank at made us not want to open a business account with Citi and was looking it up on Google while trying to answer our questions. Secondly, the branch manager who subsequently assisted us with also provided subpar customer service. Was slow and was reading the news while servicing us and really showed lack of attention to detail and precision in the way he undertook tasks. The bank manager also could not be bothered to explain or offer us the various products that Citi offers. This experience was in stark contrast with the service we received from Chase. Looks like won’t do business banking with Citi.
