When you walk in they roll their eyes. I waited for more than one hour and they kept saying “one moment” “one moment”. I would’ve understood if it was crowded but it was NOT. Even when it is crowded in the other banks they have positive behavior. People at THIS bank are very ill mannered and I would rate it 0 but unfortunately it doesn’t have that option.
