- MSMonique SnowApr 16, 20252.0I've been banking with Citibank for some years now. I opened my account at the Minnesota Ave Citibank location but I always use the drive through teller at the Capitol Hill Citibank location. Numerous trips back and forth to the Capitol Hill location since December and the teller machine is not working, or it's not dispensing money or it can't read checks deposited and ejects back out. I went to the Capitol Hill teller Saturday, April 12th to deposit two checks. The machine kept saying it could not read the checks. I vae deposited these checks before so they are in fact legit checks from a company. When I've called the Capitol Hill location on numerous times, I never can get someone to answer the calls. What is wrong with the drive up teller machine? Why has it been having issues since before December 2024?and why can't I get a human being at this branch to answer the phone? I should not have to drive 40min to another drive through Citibabk teller to deposit checks or money. The issues need to be resolved expeditiously. I have mobility issues and it's an inconvenience and waste of my gas.
