They are not releasing a wire for the purchase of a home because the money is sitting with their "compliance department" and now my home offer is in jeopardy with me legally responsible. No one at the branch can give me any information and they just keep referencing this black box of a department as if they are not all a part of the same bank. Literally useless - take your money elsewhere.

The Relationship Manager (Agnes) opened the wrong type of account for me after I'd been sitting there for hours waiting. She didn't ask her superiors for guidance, resulting in me spending literally months trying to get it fixed with the Assistant Vice President (David) who also still made me come in-person for them to fix THEIR mistake, after I'd been there twice already. Poor communication, a lot of my time spent trying to chase them down, and on phone with customer service trying to get clear answers.
