  The manager at this branch helped me and my older father, with a banking challenge that other banks could not help with. They were respectful and took their time with us, which was much appreciated.

  Management and Staff are unprofessional and uneducated on what the laws are for video taping from a public sidewalk. Has always bank employees feel so entitled and so scared for their security with their 20-something cameras aiming at you with their guards but your information is on their monitor a big 23-in flashing out to the city sidewalk so anybody can walk by and read your private information but they're worried about their security their safety they don't care about yours only theirs then to call the police to come harass the law abiding citizen standing on a public sidewalk videotaping in Washington DC one of the biggest tourist towns in all America. By the way there is no law federal state anywhere this is it's illegal to videotape a bank from a public sidewalk Even through the window it's your job to secure the information from the public not the public to make sure your information is secured. Citibank should really look in to the lady named Gina that has her monitor facing out on the street with customer information and to cover up her lack of judgment she has an innocent ball buying citizen trespass from the bank not even knowing if he's not account holder just so that it won't look bad on her when she's the one with the 20 something inch monitor aiming out to the street with customers information on it
