- SSSarahAug 26, 20251.0Unfortunately, I am pretty unhappy with my experience here. I made an appointment to take care of something during my lunch break. When I showed up, I was not seen by the right person who knows how to do their job. The one who helped me was nice but kept making mistakes having to redo it over and over, kept saying “this is only my second time doing this.” I don’t blame her because it was very busy and she was the only one free to help, and she didn’t have the right training. If they said they do walk-ins only, I would have no level of expectation or any reason to be upset. But since I had an appointment, I expected to be in and out in 30 minutes as noted in the appointment. I was there for about an hour and ended up being 15 minutes late going back in to work. They can improve their system by providing training for their staff and lowering customer expectations on time by not taking appointments.
