I had a few different issues to work through, and she took the time to walk me through each one without making me feel rushed. What I really appreciate was I actually made a mistake on my account that ended up creating extra work for her, but she never once made me feel bad about it. Instead, she stayed calm, patient, and incredibly helpful the entire time. She went out of her way to fix the issues I caused and took the time to walk me through everything so I wouldn’t run into the same problem again. Even though I know I gave her additional tasks to handle, she treated me with kindness and professionalism from start to finish. It’s rare to get service like that these days, and I’m really grateful for her help. Capital One is lucky to have someone like Britni on their team.

They did completely wrong blocking the card + I had to wait over 30 minutes and been asked the same questions over and over. This is terrible service. Plus I cannot customize the design of the card, which almost every financial institution offers to do and it’s quite easy.
