- EEEzioJul 25, 20255.0I just wanted to share how great my experience was with Britni today. She was so patient and helpful. I had a few different issues to work through, and she took the time to walk me through each one without making me feel rushed. What I really appreciate was I actually made a mistake on my account that ended up creating extra work for her, but she never once made me feel bad about it. Instead, she stayed calm, patient, and incredibly helpful the entire time. She went out of her way to fix the issues I caused and took the time to walk me through everything so I wouldn’t run into the same problem again. Even though I know I gave her additional tasks to handle, she treated me with kindness and professionalism from start to finish. It’s rare to get service like that these days, and I’m really grateful for her help. Capital One is lucky to have someone like Britni on their team.
- GDGuney DemirciDec 28, 20211.0Worst Capital One bank branch ever! Manager or banker was sitting in front and talking on the phone for 15 mins while people wait in line. Also sent me away saying I don’t have an appointment. They were no body in there. Their system don’t have available time slot next 6 months. Lazy bank workers and useless manager. Close the branch if you won’t serve your customers.
