My husband and I were in the midst of purchasing a home in the middle of a very competitive Washington DC market. My husband was at our home in Florida while I was looking for the house with very specific requirements. When we found the house we also had to attend to the valuation of not just our Florida home but an apartment in a very upscale neighborhood in Baltimore. So Luis was involved in the valuation of both properties in order to secure a loan until these two properties were were sold.
Lots of paperwork, credit investigations, etc. were involved and no missteps could be tolerated because we needed to go to settlement in a very short window. We had looked for an appropriate home and we couldn’t miss this opportunity.
Luis did an amazing job facilitating the completion of all of our documents, verifying them and making sure that all of this paperwork and verification happened as soon as was possible. Clearly without his attention to all of the minutia we would not be happily ensconced in our new house today. Again Luis made this possible…and I would recommend him for any other detailed and complex transaction without hesitation.
