I went in simply trying to cash a check, something that should be straightforward and stress-free. Instead, I was met with one of the most unprofessional customer service experiences I have ever encountered. The young African American woman working at the counter was eating while attempting to speak to me, barely acknowledging my presence, and maintaining a disrespectful and rude demeanor from the moment I approached her. It genuinely felt like she did not want to do any work and was looking for reasons to make the process as difficult as possible. Rather than being helpful or even polite, she was dismissive, loud, and extremely unprofessional. Her behavior came across as if she was going out of her way to inconvenience me just because she could. I left feeling disrespected and disappointed, not only because of the lack of courtesy, but because customer service should never make someone feel like a burden for simply asking for help with a service that the business provides. As someone who works hard and supports my community, walking into a place of business and being treated this way was not only unexpected, but disheartening. I will never recommend this location to anyone. Please avoid this ACE Cash Express if you value your time, your dignity, and basic respect. Customers deserve better than what I experienced here.
