- MSMichael SolatiOct 19, 20164.0I've been a Wells Fargo customer for a long time, and ignoring my experience with corporate (which had never been bad), I always have had good experiences in store. The staff has almost always been helpful and kind. I literally only have one time where it was annoying that a teller was trying to convince me to take a loan to pay for my school rather than the cash I was withdrawing right then and there to pay... Mind you I understand that in any consumer facing profession there are quotas, it was just a little annoying to be advised I should owe someone (the bank) money when I had the money and did not need to be in "debt." 😑
