- BJBethryn JonesSep 15, 20251.0This bank is awful. Fraud department does nothing. Westport ct branch follows through on nothing. I have a large deposit, too big for atm and on line. Nearest bank over an hour away. All they could offer is snail male. No customer relations available or follow thru. Been with them for years and nothing but problems and no service. Citi and Wells Fargo have no customer fraud protection and if you get scammed they don’t do a thing. Do not recommend using them.

Bad reviews are from a few years ago, different people there then. Ignore them. Also, it's a bank and no one is running to the internet to give them a positive review. (Except me)
