- WWWillJul 17, 20255.0I went into KeyBank to notify them of my legal name change. Of all my banks, Key was the most accepting. I also have a credit card with Capital One and calling them to change was unpleasant. But my banker at Key, Al Finoia, did not use my dead name once. He was very respectful and helpful. So I wanted to share my positive experience for others 🏳️⚧️🏳️🌈

Already in the building and the fake cop wants to make you walk out and come back in the other door and was the only person in the building. Terrible service. No wonder I usually go to the orange branch instead of dealing with this joke of a bank.
