- WWWillJul 17, 20255.0I went into KeyBank to notify them of my legal name change. Of all my banks, Key was the most accepting. I also have a credit card with Capital One and calling them to change was unpleasant. But my banker at Key, Al Finoia, did not use my dead name once. He was very respectful and helpful. So I wanted to share my positive experience for others 🏳️⚧️🏳️🌈
