  One of the worst experience ever, yesterday morning I sent my son and husband to cash their checks that their boss gave them from this bank they get paid daily, the teller first of all had an attitude, they provided identification, she asked for secondary ID they provided their social security card and birth certificate, she proceeds to tell them that those weren't secondary ID she asked for a gun permit as secondary, First of all what made her think that they had a gun second of all last time I check your social is a secondary ID, she would not take the time to confirm the checks with a phone call or management. We went there 7/28/25 between 915am - 930am teller to the far right. SO I went to my bank Chase bank I explained that I went to TD bank because that's where the check is from and my son doesn't have an acct, I was told that everything my son provided was acceptable and they didn't know why he was turned away or asked for gun permit or passport he's a US citizen. YOUR teller needs to be re trained or if she has a problem with certain race or she doesn't like her job... Quit is that simple

  Call Called to to get information on my account using my debit card .she refused to. help. Didn't even want to know my balance ....I didn't have checking on me at the time. CCalled another branch and they were very helpful

  Very quick and efficent. the inside is very clean and pretty inside. My teller was very nice and respectful. Had coffee and lolipops which was a cute addition. I felt very secure like my money was in safe hands when i talked to the teller.
