    They recently installed a new banking software that requires you to create a new password every single time that you log in! WHY??? The new software also continued on with any existing money transfers that were previously on a continuous regular schedule. This might sound reasonable, but those money transfers don't actually show up anywhere in the new software now! THEREFORE, YOU CAN NOT MAKE CHANGES TO THE TRANSFERS BECAUSE THEY DO NOT EXIST IN THE SOFTWARE! I certainly understand that unexpected problems can happen to any business, but, when can we expect these problems to be resolved???

    Definitivamente tiene que poner alguien que sean mas competente.. me hicieronn un fraude en mi cuenta y yo esperando contestacion tuve que ir a otra sucursal para ver que pasaba. Me dijeron que ellos no habian hecho ningun reporte de mi caso. La de la sucursal de Springfield me resolvio y muy amable.

    Horrible experience with Linda. I am writing to express my disappointment with the level of customer service I received during a visit today 6/7 at your West Hartford, CT branch. As a new customer who opened an account online just two days prior, I had high expectations for in-branch service. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Upon arriving at the branch to deposit a cashier’s check from my previous bank, I was assisted by a helpful representative. However, another employee named Linda unexpectedly interrupted the transaction. She criticized the representative in front of me, claiming the process was being mishandled, and took over the interaction because of this my account balance became inaccurate due to Linda's interference. Although Linda attempted to correct it her own mistake she was ultimately unable to do so and had to contact customer service for assistance. What concerned me most was that Linda proceeded to loudly announce my FULL account number, the deposit amount, and my current balance in a public setting, within earshot of other customers. Given the size of the deposit, I found this to be a serious breach of my privacy and basic customer confidentiality. When I raised this concern, Linda was very disrespectful and dismissive. She told me that "she don't know what to tell me that this is her job and stated that if I am unhappy I can take my money elsewhere. Her attitude was not only unprofessional but entirely inappropriate, especially considering the sensitive nature of the information involved. As a result of this experience, I informed the original representative that I no longer felt comfortable continuing with the new accounts and requested to close them. This incident has left me deeply concerned about the security of my personal and financial information at your institution. I strongly urge you to address this matter internally and ensure that all staff—especially those in direct contact with customers—are properly trained in maintaining professionalism and upholding privacy standards. I would like if someone from corporate can reach out to me so I can put in a complaint. This is unacceptable. I would also like if camera footage can be pulled as well. I never experienced this type of service before let alone from a so called manager.

    I never thought I would be compelled enough to write a review for a bank but this bank is honestly worth mentioning. They the best rates and attractive features, but its really the people and the culture that set this bank apart from the others. I do my personal banking as well as my business banking out of the West Hartford branch and have been incredibly well taken care of throughout every possible transaction, loan application and banking need. Ryan and his entire team truly treat you like family or your best friend, always with a smile and ready and eager to help make your life easier. You wont find a more friendly and incredibly competent staff anywhere plus they have a really impressive virtual banking ITM that lets you do face to face banking on the go right in the ATM lobby with extended hours- it works really well and is a huge help. We all have to bank, might as well do so with awesome people that are really good at their jobs.
