  Don’t go to this bank! Their fees are too high and the manager was very rude when I questioned what they did to charge those fees. Closed my account on the spot.

  The manager was rude to me and clearly didn’t care about the issue on hand. The employee working there said I could wait for the financial advisor to help me with the issue but the manager told me, for whatever reason, that I wasn’t allowed to wait inside of the bank. She told me to either go wait in my car in the 90 degree weather or be left at the mercy of the customer service phone number. I thought the goal of a physical bank was to help with issues? On top of that, she contradicted herself multiple times. The issue was that they spelled my name wrong on my new credit card, they did this on my debit previously too but were able to fix it and print me a new card in store the same day. This time though, first the manager said that they couldn’t print me a new credit card because the card was too new, then she told me that corporate or whatever had my name wrong on the card acc so I should call them to fix it, THEN, she proceeded to tell me that I should just activate the card and use it as is since someone probably just slipped up when typing my name. If she didn’t know how to handle the situation, I don’t see why she had to jump into it or why she got up from behind her desk to personally tell me to go wait in the car. Oh wait, I do know why! But I won’t make the allegation here.

  Unfortunately the last few times I have visited this location I have had very very slow service to the point of shutting off my car. I typically go through the drive thru for my office and today I sat for 25 minutes! I had 3 small deposits! That’s the longest I’ve ever sat at any banks drive thru window. From now on I will have to go out of my way to Middlebury to do my deposits.
