He came to make a wire transfer and needed to use the bathroom.. instead of allowing him to use their bathroom he was forced to cross the street in heavy traffic and go to a local restaurant to relieve himself!

Now I've spent thousands more and they don't care even though it's with their "Service Quality" Team. I even have a letter apologizing but an apology doesn't make me whole after thousands of dollars.

I typically go through the drive thru for my office and today I sat for 25 minutes! I had 3 small deposits! That’s the longest I’ve ever sat at any banks drive thru window. From now on I will have to go out of my way to Middlebury to do my deposits.
