It's a love/hate relationship. The staff is incredible, the ATM is indoors and accessible 24/7... but I've spent hundreds if not thousands on fees. It feels the overdraft system is designed to nab ya one way or another. Also, the savings account costs $5 a month if under 3 or 4 hundred, which if you use that account for vacations and such, it'll catch you off guard and then also threatens having another overdraft fee!

I have been a Wells Fargo customer for over a decade. I recently moved into the area and have since begun using the services at this branch on Highland Av. When I read some of the past reviews, I must say that I personally have not experienced long-waiting times, everyone at this branch speaks English, and I have received outstanding service from every employee that assisted me. Understandably, some persons may experience little to no patience when entering a bank. Others may believe that the “customer is always right”. We as customers should not automatically look for faults; especially if they can easily be corrected. Everyone at the Highland Av WFB has been polite and professional. If we treat them with the respect they deserve, I am sure that we will be treated equally in return.

I’m a Wells Fargo costumer for a long time but I went there 2-3 times lately and a woman (she looks like supervisor or manager) keeps telling me that they can’t help me and she’s showing me the door, without even listening what’s my problem is. I had to noterize a paper and she’s telling me: ‘Oh you have to write it on a computer (which I don’t have) and print it or Oh we don’t do that when is handwritten’. I even asked her if she could do it for me on the computer and she said she couldn’t. If Wells Fargo don’t do that, why another branch did it? I had to drive 30 min for another branch. It’s easier for them not to help the costumer and instead stay on phone, not working and get the salary while staying.

Don’t recommend and will not be coming back let alone banking with a Wells Fargo if this is the level of client service they provide. Came in to open a checking and savings count with them - waited around 20 mins before being helped by the branch manager “Neeta” who, after bringing me into her office told me she could not open an account for me and tried to pass me off to one of her “regular bankers”. Yet as soon as I was reseated and told to wait ... I heard another client go into her office and ask to open a checking account. Great job. Two stars only for the cleanliness of the establishment and the fact she offered some refreshment after she refused to open my accounts for me. Laughable. Better service from banks in Canada.
