I went in to deposit an endorsed check into my account, and after patiently waiting in line for 20 minutes, I was told that: 1) The check had to be signed in front of a teller, and 2) It wasn’t endorsed properly per the bank’s terms—despite the fact that both parties were present with valid ID. Instead of offering a simple fix, the only solution given was to have another check issued. I then drove to another branch where they handled it without an issue. What an unnecessary inconvenience. Disappointing service, and a poor reflection of the management at this location
