- RMR MFeb 17, 20215.0I used this Webster Bank’s coin counter the other day. After using the machine, I went in line to cash in my receipt. The line was quite long, and 2 of the 3 tellers were involved in time consuming tasks, such as setting up a new debit card for a customer. I asked the branch manager if I could come back to cash my receipt, as I was in a rush. She informed me that the receipts have to be cashed in at the same time that they are printed. Knowing that I was in a rush, she went to the back of the bank to the drive up tellers and had one of them come up front to cash me out. I never had a chance to thank her because she was on the phone when I left. I just really appreciate her attention to customer service and doing what she can to help someone.
