You’ve got five teller windows, four empty desks, and managers hiding in their offices gossiping instead of actually helping customers. Meanwhile, business banking clients like me are stuck wasting time. What exactly is “convenient” about standing in line forever? Absolutely nothing. If this is how you treat customers, I’ll gladly take my accounts somewhere else. Here’s a thought: actually hire tellers and put them to work instead of letting your staff sit around doing nothing.

Couldn’t even figure out how to cash a check of a large amount on a Saturday. Told me it was a “Bank Error” and she needed to speak with her client before cashing the check. Wasted my time. Came to a different branch on Monday morning. No issues. In and out. No questions asked.
