You’ve got five teller windows, four empty desks, and managers hiding in their offices gossiping instead of actually helping customers. Meanwhile, business banking clients like me are stuck wasting time. What exactly is “convenient” about standing in line forever? Absolutely nothing. If this is how you treat customers, I’ll gladly take my accounts somewhere else. Here’s a thought: actually hire tellers and put them to work instead of letting your staff sit around doing nothing.

Meanwhile this incompetent was training a new employee. Go to other branches, they are much nicer than this ghetto location.
