I had deposited through an ATM on Monday because the branches are closed due to Covid-19. I have a newborn child and I can’t work right now because my job is closed. This is the only money I have to pay bills and get me through the month. I also have been trying to reach your customer service for two days to no avail. As I was talking two employees, who were very nice to me and trying to see what they can do, they put me through the branch manager to see if something can be done even a partial deposited would have helped. She was very short with me, rude, and said I had to wait then hangs up on me before I can even get another word in edgewise. Then I tried to call back to try to catch her again but no one picks up. Is this how TD bank treats all their customers? I’m sure to ask the local news and see how they feel about it.
