Customers do not get acknowledge by the back of the house reps, and the tellers don’t make an effort to acknowledge you or what services you need to direct you to the right area. Customers stand around, and look at each other not knowing where to wait or go. Then the lines back up all the way to the door and people are cluttered by the only exit. At the time of this review, I’ve been cut by two elderly seniors which I don’t mind, and still haven’t been acknowledged.

- JGJoseph GraftNov 16, 20251.0By far the worst bank in town, staff always give grief doing the simplest of tasks, never can you ever make a simple transaction with it taking 5x the time of any other branch, and that’s if they’re even able to assist you. Last week they wouldn’t let me make a deposit into my account that I’ve had with them for over 15 years because I didn’t realize my license expired the week prior! I mean what relevance is that! It’s still me right! I showed them all my other credit cards and it still wasn’t good enough… so I finally had it, Tuesday when I renew my license I’ll be closing my account
- EJEdward JonesNov 10, 20251.0TD Bank is becoming America's most inconvenient bank. They closed 2 banks near my house. They took $5 bills out of the atms. The customer service is terrible. Went to the drive through, in Wallingford, to make a deposit. TEN people went to the atm, in the time it took me to leave. The vacuum canister went back and forth 4 times for the customer in front of me. Customer service doesn't matter to the kids working there.
