- JGJoseph GraftNov 16, 20251.0By far the worst bank in town, staff always give grief doing the simplest of tasks, never can you ever make a simple transaction with it taking 5x the time of any other branch, and that’s if they’re even able to assist you. Last week they wouldn’t let me make a deposit into my account that I’ve had with them for over 15 years because I didn’t realize my license expired the week prior! I mean what relevance is that! It’s still me right! I showed them all my other credit cards and it still wasn’t good enough… so I finally had it, Tuesday when I renew my license I’ll be closing my account
- EJEdward JonesNov 10, 20251.0TD Bank is becoming America's most inconvenient bank. They closed 2 banks near my house. They took $5 bills out of the atms. The customer service is terrible. Went to the drive through, in Wallingford, to make a deposit. TEN people went to the atm, in the time it took me to leave. The vacuum canister went back and forth 4 times for the customer in front of me. Customer service doesn't matter to the kids working there.
- SLSteven LedfordSep 9, 20251.0Hand down the WORST, rudest teller. Treated like a criminal anytime depositing or withdrawing money. Asking License and what is the purpose of withdrawing change. Of course this is for the business. This branch has discriminated against me and my wife because we are Asian. I have been quiet about it but my wife was treated same today. This made me so angry and just wanted to post this review for now. I will take action with this teller. This is not for all the staff but one person, will not name her. They need to learn to be respectful to customers and be more friendly. I am sorry for other tellers who is friendly. I have no problem in Hamden. This place was close to our Wallingford business.

Management looks uninterested in stepping in to help with a busy line as they do in Meriden and North Haven which we have all seen as we inconveniently visit surrounding towns to get our banking done...I fail to see what's so convenient about that. Time to update that slogan!
- MPM PAug 23, 20255.0I have always had a wonderful experience with the team there. The ones who have been with the company for years greet us like friends. It’s lovely. The location has picked up in volume due to locations closing. But you can tell the team tries their hardest to help everyone. They do their best and for that I appreciate them.
