  Scheduled an appointment to meet with a consultant for investing a few years back. The man went to lunch and never showed, no one felt that they should tell me. Tried to move money from an IRA with them to another bank and they give me the run around every single year. Go somewhere else.

  I deposited a check I received from a scammer and had my account closed. I was told more than two weeks ago that I would be receiving a check equal to my checking account balance. I never received the check. Instead, I got a monthly fee charge and had to call again. I was lied to and told I would be receiving a check equal to my account balance and had to call again, or they would have kept charging the monthly fee balance. Do not trust these deceptive people.

  I do most of my banking at this Webster, mostly due to how helpful the management has always been. As a small business owner they have been excellent for my company.
