- SSScottAug 8, 20251.0Scheduled an appointment to meet with a consultant for investing a few years back. The man went to lunch and never showed, no one felt that they should tell me. Tried to move money from an IRA with them to another bank and they give me the run around every single year. Go somewhere else.

Last month they started charging us a service charge. I tried contacting ANYONE in the entire bank who could address our issue and evidently there is some secret section that holds that power but do not have a phone number. Horrible customer service! It seems they WANT us to bring our business elsewhere.
