I only opened this account to get that extra $100 and to get my friend her 50. I would have opened with Webster bank where I already have an account if i knew I'd keep getting this run around. On top of that, now if I want to cancel the account, they're gonna charge me to cancel. I will be calling nbc troubleshooters if I don't get the money by the end of the month, which is tomorrow.
