My mom had to use power of attorney to gain access to a relative's account and they gave her nothing but a hard time and were incredibly rude and judgmental. My mom had to get the lawyer who drafted the PoA to go to the bank with her. No apology from any Webster employee. Despicable customer service during a tough family crisis. They should be ashamed.
