- LVLilly VarvellaMay 12, 20191.0being a teen and new to banking, i have questions. when i go in to do little things and i have any question i am treated very poorly and some people are very rude. just this week i asked something and was told to wait for someone to answer it. first of all no one said to sit and wait or that they’ll be with me soon. so then i sat and waited a good twenty minutes and when the opportunity came i heard one of the tellers say, loud enough for me to hear, “it’s okay, she’s on her phone” with clear attitude in her voice, which i find very unprofessional. i won’t be returning to this one!
