  Got the run around the night before on their service phone told to go to the location in the morning. Came in lady who looked European blonde etc could not help me other than to give me the same phone number to client services same people who told me to come into the branch. Had me step out of line to call them myself AGAIN though I protested and explained I had already been given the run around and told specifically they could not help me. Finally no one had any answers other to close my debit card and issue a new one and since I was at the location could receive a temporary card. The line became much longer which I waited on once it was my turn the blond clerk decided she no longer needed to assist me allowed me to continue to wait and took the customers who came in 20 mins after I initially arrived. The customer service both on the phone and in person is an absolute NIGHTMARE. I endured almost 48 hours of not having accessibility to my income bc of an issue they could not even understand why it happened or how to fix it. In the end I was still treated as lesser than why bc the man behind me had a bigger account than me?! Only thing I can think of.

  Went to this bank location and like many other they are not Black Or brown friendly the lady with the polish accent made me feel very uncomfortable. Asked me numerous questions about my account when I last used etc etc even though I produced two forms of id she still cast suspicion that I was there to scam her for a 287$ check. She’s a nasty person and made me feel very low. She needs to be fired

  Woman named Maria that works there should save her bad mood microaggression outbursts for herself. I ain't going to that bank anymore.
