  Definitely the worst branch of TD ever. I’ll keep this short because I already filed an official complaint but Simone the bank supervisor is nothing but petty, emotional, and rude. I went to that bank 7 times in 2 weeks to take out cash from an account I ONLY use as a physical bank because other platforms offer much better perks and Simone seems to think she is TD Bank and refuses to offer guidance in regards to my own TD account bc my opinion differs from her career. I was nice to her the first 3 times we met then she decided she didn’t like seeing me in there for 4 hours a day and even better claimed that she has authority as a meager supervisor to cancel all my accounts although I’ve been a loyal customer longer than she has worked there? I already am discussing with uppers at TD and my legal team on next steps. I won’t even mention all the infactual comments sh made and backed up including “Zelle transactions are limited to $1,000 a month”… that literally doesn’t even make sense and she did this to piss me off and get a reaction. She then tells a tubby Brincks guy to stand there because she thinks I will attack her but my net worth is too valuable to be caught with the likes of her. I calculated that she has been responsible for messing up 1 week of my business and a total of 5 figures have been postponed to me because of the incompetency of her and her poor management. Working at a bank = making customers happy not hoping then bc you don’t like my attitude towards you after wasting my day. Cheers. J C R

  My appointment was originally with Mikel but he was busy and Heena came in. I was trying to become a new client opening a new checking account and I provide my SSN and EAD which by law is valid as a documents to open a bank account with them or another bank in the United States how ever she wasn't even happy to assist me cuz with only a I CAN'T NOT ACCEPT YOU SSN and I need PASSPORT, PROOF OR ADDRESS withou being at least friendly to explain to me why my SSN was not valid. Anyways I'M happy to not be part of that office cuz I read the reviews and I see why they have a low rate.

  Rye Brook, NY ... the teller, a young man whose name I didn't get, nonetheless he was super professional and helpful. Well presented and very polite. The man at the desk, although greeted me upon entering, should have offered to help as the wait was a bit more than 5 minutes.

  I came in with an issue involving a **CD that TD Bank messed up**, and even though they said they would fix it and call me back—**they never did**. I tried calling the branch multiple times, but **no one ever picked up. I eventually had to cancel and reopen the CD at the same branch but a different location just to get it done. That should’ve been a red flag. Still, I gave them another shot and came in again recently. I had a **quick transaction** that wouldn’t take long, but they told me they were too busy to help. They offered to reschedule, but weekends are the only time I’m available, and of course, they couldn’t accommodate that. So basically, no real solution. If you're opening a CD or handling any serious financial matters, I strongly suggest going somewhere else. The lack of communication, poor follow-up, and inconvenient service are just not worth it.
