I want to rate this higher, the people seem ok and appear helpful at first. 1/They place unusually long holds on checks I brought them a local bank check that cleared the next day. They put a hold on it for 10 days. Yes they will pay you interest in the account on it, but that is minimal to non existent, and did not cover the additional interest costs on the loan I was going to apply it to. 2/ I have a legacy mortgage with them that was going to reset. The rates they offered me were way higher than the market rates I received other places. They said they would rate match if I brought it in, bout would not match on the total cost and fees. 3/ I went there right as they opened and they opened 3 minutes late 4/ the app is nearly useless 5/ can only make an additional principle payment from my internal account. And that is subject to holes that make no sense. 6/ transfer to and from the external accounts are artificially low. The lowest of all my accounts — I can transfer money from fidelity into my usual bank account the same day. — with key bank, I transfer, and the next day it comes out of my account, but there is a hold again on this ach transfer. There is same day ach transfer and they hold it for a week or more. 7/ limits in mobile check deposit are the lowest I have 8/ the people seem nice enough but the experience is horrible I will be closing my account next month. But because of all the restrictions they have I have had to keep it until this month

Juan and Joe (who isn’t here anymore) used to have me email them the document and print it and notarize it. The guy that was in there today said no I don’t print anything for anyone. Clearly they do not care about helping their customers. How much does it cost you to receive an email and print a document for a customer? Good thing there’s a million banks to choose from.
